With over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mary Baca has built her career around leadership, integrity, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping clients and real estate professionals succeed.
Mary has been consistently recognized as a Top 1% Real Estate Professional in the Las Vegas Valley and was named among the Top 25 Women in Real Estate by the Women's Council of REALTORS® from 2015–2020.
Throughout her career, Mary has held several significant leadership positions, including Broker-Salesperson for LIFE Realty District (2019–Present), Owner/Broker of Desert Lights Realty (2010–2019), General Manager and Corporate Broker for Century 21 MoneyWorld (2007–2010), and Branch Manager of the #1 Century 21 MoneyWorld branch in the world (2004–2007). Earlier in her career, she was also a Top 1% Listing Agent for Century 21 MoneyWorld (1999–2004) and served as Chief Operations Officer for Bainbridge Capital Management (1996–1999).
Mary's experience extends well beyond traditional residential real estate.
